Between the business and the build
I started in Electrical Engineering, where I learned that a system only works when every part is properly connected. Transitioning into digital products showed me where software systems usually break: in the space between user needs and business goals.
Early on, I designed a friction-free booking calendar, only to learn the friction was a deliberate business filter. It was a wake-up call. I saw UX designers fighting for the user, BAs fighting for the business, and projects stalling in the middle. I realized great products need balance and clear ways to track progress after launch so you can keep adapting.
That balance is what I design for today. Sitting between business and engineering, I turn complex, competing priorities into clear, structured builds that satisfy the business, respect the system, and serve the user.
Offline? I travel, hang out with cats, and lose track of time marveling at the universe.

I use no-code tools to test a workflow with real users before a team commits to a full build.
I turn requirements into testable screens and data flows quickly, then review every output against the brief.
I compare outputs against a rubric, flag edge cases and define where human review is still required.
